78.0-80.5°B. Pure invert sugar syrup with a mixture of sucrose, glucose and fructose, made from beet and cane sugars. Color rated at 300-500 EBC, contributes rich, fruity rum-like profile. Produced by truly caramelizing the sugar, which makes it difficult to replicate with American-produced alternatives. Non-GMO, gluten free.
